The Founder and Managing Director of SmileBay Dental Group and SmileBay Signature, Dr Yong is not only invested in managing the group; he is also extremely passionate in clinical dentistry, especially in the field of implantology. As one of only a few providers of the Straumann All-on-4 surgery in Malaysia, he has rehabilitated the oral function of many patients with his advanced dental implant surgeries. Still actively practising and pursuing continuous education courses, Dr Yong will be devoting his clinical time in SmileBay Signature to perform advanced dental implant surgeries including All-on-4 full mouth implant surgeries, soft tissue surgeries, bone grafting and augmentation and sinus lifting procedures.

Dr Ian Foo in charge of the dental technology of the group, Dr Ian combines his passion for technology and dentistry to bring the latest advancements into the practice. Besides introducing 3D printing and the Computer Guided Surgery system to the group, he has performed countless implant surgeries with the use of computer software planning to ensure the precision and comfort of his implant surgery patients. Employing the Digital Smile Design software, he has also performed many life-changing smile makeovers that are tailored to his patients’ preferences.

Dr Ellie takes continuous dental education and skills improvement seriously, a trait that led her to be appointed as the person in charge of SmileBay Academy, our very own dental training academy that welcomes the participation of all dentists. Her own interests in continuous education has led to her participation in countless dental training courses in Implant dentistry, orthodontic and clear aligner therapy. 
She is also a certified Invisalign provider and Clear Correct provider.  

With a keen eye for aesthetic beauty, she is dedicated to creating natural smiles through transformative smile makeovers. 
Combining the modern techniques and technologies in Digital Smile Design (DSD) with her deep love for the artistry of dentistry, she ensures that each smile makeover is a work of precision & beauty, to create the most natural smiles possible.

DR CYNTHIA CHEE

Dr Cynthia is committed to helping people achieve relief from dental pain and keeping their natural teeth for as long as possible through her proficiency in root canal treatment. To complement her passion in endodontics, she achieved her Master of Science in Endodontics with King’s College London. She is also currently undergoing her Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry with IMU. 

With her dedication towards constant improvement, Dr Cynthia strives to incorporate the latest techniques in modern dentistry in her practices. Her friendly and gentle demeanour also ensures every patient experiences a comfortable and stress-free session each time.

DR LIEW XIN YOONG

Dr Liew is a passionate and dedicated dentist who deeply understands the significance of a smile. With a profound interest in smile makeovers, she approaches each transformational journey with meticulous care. Driven by her commitment to provide quality dental care to her patients, she actively seeks opportunities for professional growth. Recently, she attended the prestigious Digital Smile Design (DSD) course led by Dr Christian Coachman, the visionary inventor and founder of DSD. This invaluable experience ensures that she remains at the forefront of cosmetic dentistry, equipped with the latest advancements and innovative techniques. With access to the most advanced technology available in SmileBay Signature, Dr Liew is well equipped to provide her patients with the most advanced and cutting-edge treatments available in the field. She is also a certified Invisalign Provider.
